Our Story Begins In 1982
Kukui Food has been in the wholesale meat and seafood business since 1982. Originally founded by Mr. Hal, what began as a modest meat market in Chinatown has now grown to a fully operational 15,000 sq ft warehouse in Kalihi, complete with our own HACCP certified 2500 sq ft processing facility and a full-time USDA inspector on-site.
We pride ourselves in catering to our customers’ processing needs and specifications by delivering quality meats at competitive prices. With the dramatic increase in global food prices, we know that local restaurants and businesses are also operating at higher costs. Owner, Jonathan Lee, taps on his wide network of vendors to find the best possible pricing for our clients’ meat orders.
